I'm Minerva La Rosa, a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and a Mentor with 10 years of teaching experience. I hold an 800-hour Jivamukti Yoga certification and a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Rādika (TSY-R®) certificate.
